Isaac Dwimoh-Opoku
Managing Director

Isaac Dwimoh-Opoku is the founder and Managing Director of Orient Property Consulting Limited. With over a decade of experience in the real estate industry, Isaac brings a wealth of expertise in property valuation, real estate market research, brokerage, and property management. Under his leadership, Orient Property Consulting has rapidly evolved into a trusted firm within Ghana's real estate sector, securing the confidence of esteemed institutions and individuals.
Isaac holds an MBA in Finance and a BSc in Land Economy, and he is currently pursuing an MSc in Real Estate. He is a member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS), the Ghana Institution of Surveyors (GhIS), the Chartered Institute of Bankers, Ghana, and is currently pursuing the Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification. Isaac's professional background empowers him with the knowledge and skills to oversee various facets of the real estate market, ensuring that Orient Property Consulting consistently delivers valuable insights and solutions to its clients.

Stephen Dwirah
Executive Director
Stephen Dwirah serves as an Executive Director at Orient Property Consulting, with over a decade of expertise in Land Administration, Property Valuation, and Property Insurance. His unique blend of skills in both law and real estate has positioned him as a leader in driving innovation and research within the industry. Mr. Dwirah holds a Bachelor of Laws (LL.B.) degree with First Class Honours, as well as a Bachelor’s degree in Land Economy. His academic distinction, combined with practical experience, makes him a well-rounded expert in the real estate sector. He is a professional member of the Ghana Institution of Surveyors (MGhIS) and an APC candidate of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS), underscoring his commitment to upholding the highest industry standards.
Ohui Caesar -Dzunu
Consultant Chartered Surveyor

Ohui Caesar-Dzunu is a highly experienced Chartered Surveyor with over 12 years of expertise in Ghana’s real estate and property sector. She holds an MPhil in Construction Management and a BSc in Land Economy. She is a professional member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS, UK), the Ghana Institution of Surveyors, and the International Facilities Management Association.
At Orient Property Consulting, Ohui provides strategic insights into service delivery, helping to streamline operations and ensure the highest standards in property and facilities management. Her role extends to overseeing the company’s research programs, where she draws on her vast experience in market surveys, research publications, and due diligence to guide data-driven decision-making across projects.

Francis Oppong Jantuah
Head of Valuation
Francis Oppong Jantuah is a Valuation & Estate Surveyor with nearly a decade of experience in the Ghanaian real estate market. He holds a Master’s degree in Real Estate and a Bachelor’s degree in Land Economy and is a professional member of the Ghana Institution of Surveyors (GhIS). Francis has led asset valuations for Social Security and National Insurance Trust (SSNIT) across Ghana and worked with high-profile clients, including the National Insurance Commission of Ghana (NIC), Ecobank, Fidelity Bank, Bank of Africa, and Guaranty Trust Bank. He specializes in valuation consultancy, facilities management, and real estate investment analysis, and has contributed to compensation valuations for major government projects and mining concessions. As a results-driven leader, Francis is dedicated to providing high-quality services and expert advice.
Osman Banyelibu Mohammed
Property Valuer

Osman Banyelibu Mohammed is a dedicated Valuation and Estate Surveyor with nearly a decade of experience in Ghana’s dynamic Land Administration and property sector. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Land Management and is currently advancing his expertise through a Master of Philosophy in Geospatial Science.
A professional member of the Ghana Institution of Surveyors and a Student Member of the Ghana Geospatial Society, Osman brings a wealth of knowledge to every project. His role at Orient Property Consulting includes conducting comprehensive property inspections and valuations, ensuring our clients receive precise, value-driven insights. Helen Kwarteng
Property Manager and Valuer
Helen Kwarteng is a property manager and valuer with a strong educational background in estate management and logistics. She holds an HND in Estate Management, a BSc in Business Administration specializing in Logistics and Supply Chain Management, and an MSc in Logistics and Supply Chain Management. With over a decade of experience in property valuation and estate management, Helen possesses essential skills in managing properties to the satisfaction of tenants, property owners, and contractors. She has achieved impressive occupancy rates and overseen property sales. Her expertise in property valuation, contract negotiation, and project supervision is complemented by her extensive knowledge of procurement processes, making her a valuable asset to the company.
Gabriel Boakye Poku
Junior Research Analyst

Gabriel is a recent graduate in Land Economy from Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology (KNUST). He has joined the Orient Property Consulting Research Team, driven by a strong interest in real estate, property valuation, and sustainable development. In his current role within the dynamic team at Orient Property Consulting, he is acquiring practical experience in managing real estate projects and conducting comprehensive research. His contributions significantly enhance the data available for publications, investment analysis, valuation, and appraisals.
With a particular focus on property management, real estate consulting, and sustainable land use strategies, Gabriel is committed to developing client-centered solutions that create value while fostering positive outcomes for communities and stakeholders. Samuel Agyekum
Junior Research Analyst

Samuel Agyekum is a recent graduate with First Class Honours in BSc Real Estate from Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology (KNUST). He possesses a robust academic foundation in real estate and demonstrates a strong passion for property valuation and professional advisory services, with the ambition to become a Real Estate Finance Specialist.
Committed to having a substantial impact within the real estate sector, Samuel is dedicated to producing high-quality valuation reports and offering strategic advice to clients. Biney Hugo Amissah
Building Technician
Biney is a skilled Building Technician with expertise in AutoCAD, Revit, and construction management. He holds a Diploma in Construction Management and a Certificate in AutoCAD and Revit Architecture. With experience designing 2D and 3D building plans, interpreting architectural drawings, and conducting site visits, Biney has worked in various roles, including general foreman, site inspector, and draftsman. His technical knowledge in construction codes, regulations, and project management enables in to serve supportive roles in property valuation, property maintenance and building surveys.
