A chartered surveyor and a chartered banker with over a decade of experience in the real estate industry, Isaac brings a wealth of expertise in property valuation, real estate investment advisory, market research, brokerage, and property management.
Isaac holds an MBA in Finance, an MSc in Real Estate, and a BSc in Land Economy. He is a professional member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS - UK), the Ghana Institution of Surveyors (GhIS), and the Chartered Institute of Bankers - Ghana, and he is currently pursuing the Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification.

Kenneth Donkor-Hyiaman, PhDReal Estate Research and Investment ConsultantDr Kenneth Appiah Donkor-Hyiaman is a Real Estate Economist with 12 years of experience as an academic in higher education and a professional in real estate investment consulting. He specializes in real estate investment valuation and appraisal (i.e., infrastructure and capital projects); financial modelling; feasibility studies; market research and analysis; and sustainability appraisals and planning.
